Setting up TeamViewer on Windows for an Encoded Media helpdesk agent
You may be asked to provide TeamViewer access to your PC or Mac desktop to allow an Encoded Media helpdesk agent resolve an issue with that system or with a TV Server on the same network.
To do so, please take the following steps:
- Download Encoded Media's preconfigured TeamViewer host from the Encoded Media web site.
- Open the application you downloaded and click Run when prompted:
- Give the Encoded Media helpdesk agent the long number in the Your ID field:
