Resetting your TV Server or HD Encoder database

You can reset your TV Server or HD Encoder appliance database to its factory state using the console menu.

Resetting to the factory distribution database file

Access the server's console interface and choose option 5 from the menu, Maintenance

Now choose option 3 from the Maintenance menu, Backup/Restore

Choose option 2 from the Backup/Restore menu, Restore Database

Select either Factory Settings or dist file (the wording is platform dependent) and press Enter on the keyboard.
